Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will take place when you place an order with Festive Fingerprints, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 

All artwork and designs remain the copyright of Festive Fingerprints, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Festive Fingerprints. 

Festive Fingerprints reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website.

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Festive Fingerprints. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to them) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
