DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery Costs:
Royal Mail UK Tracked 48 for all orders is £3.95
European delivery for all orders is £14.95
Worldwide delivery for all orders is £19.95
Studio Turnaround Time:
All orders* will be sent out within 3 working days unless notified.
Christmas and Closing Sale Turnaround Times:
Orders placed during Closing Sale - please allow 1-4 weeks for your order. Please email if your order is urgent.
Orders placed in September - please allow 4-5 weeks for dispatch for all non personalised orders. Personalised orders will not be dispatched until the end of October.
For orders placed in October - please allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch.
For orders placed in November - please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch.
Due to the time of year, and postal strikes, please allow extra time for your orders to arrive.
*Orders placed in September, October & November will be subject to Christmas turnaroud times above.
Delivery Policy:
Once your order has been received a confirmation will be sent to you by email. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will contact you by email advising you of this.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class / Tracked 48.
For orders to the UK please allow 2-5 working days for delivery, once you have received your dispatch notification.
Please note that delays in the service of Royal Mail are beyond my control. During the busy Christmas period some deliveries may take longer to arrive. If you haven't received your order within the time frame above, I ask that you please allow an additional 4 working days before getting in touch.
Festive Fingerprints cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched.
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
For orders to Europe please allow 10-12 working days for delivery, once you have received your dispatch notification.
For orders to the rest of the world please allow 16-18 working days for delivery, once you have received your dispatch notification.
Please note that delays with customs processing within Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.A are not within my control. This may add additional time before delivery is successful.
Festive Fingerprints is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item. Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. As of 31.12.20, this now also includes the EU and Ireland.
Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return your order in its original condition, along with proof of purchase, for a full refund within 7 working days from delivery.
In order to receive a refund, you must tell us within 7 working days from the day you received your order that you intend to return it and the reason why at
